What is AlphaGrayArt?
We are an online based shop selling unique and functional handmade eco-friendly and sustainable products. Alongside the use of epoxy resin to create other beautiful products.
Is the product dishwasher /microwave safe?
This product is Not suitable for the microwave or dishwasher. we recommend hand washing or cleaning with damp cloth. Products are sealed hence water proof.
What is your return policy?
We hope you would be pleased with our product.
We have a 14-day return policy. After receiving your item, you have a maximum of 14 day to request a return.
The item has to be in its original state, this means the item must be unused, with tag, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a proof of purchase in order to be eligible for a refund.
Please note that, buyer is responsible for cost of return postage. However, we will provide a refund for the item when we receive it in the condition stated above.

Please email us on info@alphagrayart.com with your order detail and a photo of the product. A replacement will be sent to you.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do provide shipping to various countries through Royal Mail. See each individual product for the cost of postage.
