Return & Refund Policy

Please request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase. If you have received the package and would want to return, please contact us and return the package within 14 days of delivery.


Please Note: we do not accept exchanges.


The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Items on sale


Refund & Conditions of return

to be entitled for a return and refund the product must be returned in its original condition as received, unused, with tag and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide us with proof of purchase. The buyer is responsible for any loss in value if items is not returned in the above description.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All products are handmade, it takes approximately 3 to 7 working days to dispatch. On holidays and busy periods this time may take longer

European Shipping: 

All items shipped within this region is via Royal Mail or Parcel Forces. 


International Shipping: 

We currently ship all our international parcel via Royal Mail or parcel force 

Please Note: International Parcels may be subject to custom fees and importation taxes. These fees/taxes are issued once items arrives in country of destination.

Buyers are responsible for any custom and importation taxes applied.

The charges for customs duties and import taxes "Handling Fee" depends on the value of your item, packaging weight and country or origin and destination. Custom and import fees varies in each country.

The duration for international shipping is approximately 8-10 working days after dispatch. Please note this time can change on busy and holiday periods.
